My order history says that my order is “Under Review.” What should I do?

When your purchase is "Under Review," it means that our support team must manually verify your order information, which typically takes 1-2 business days. This review ensures the security and validity of your transaction. If your order is in review status, you will receive an email notification once the review is complete. During this time, it's recommended to monitor your inbox and your account for updates.

For your convenience, your order history page will refresh every minute while your order is being reviewed, so you do not need to contact support immediately. Once the review is approved, you will be able to download your purchase by following the instructions in the email or your account. If the order review takes longer than expected, you can either wait for updates or, as a last resort, cancel the order if it's causing inconvenience. If you encounter issues downloading the files, clearing your browser's cache and cookies or refreshing the page often resolves the problem.
