TurboSquid's Refund and Return Policy

Didn’t get what you needed? We’ll make it right and maybe that’s a technical fix for a model, a refund, or store credit to exchange for something else. To efficiently begin your refund request, please contact our support team through chat or ticket within 30 days of your purchase if you have other questions, and let us know your deadline and what you need. As a guideline, this is how we generally approach things:

We’ll help you to find a suitable replacement and test it for you.

We’ll grant a full refund:- Refund eligibility includes purchases that have not been downloaded, ensuring customers can request cancellations and refunds.

  • If your purchase is broken or misrepresented

  • If you did not download your purchase- In cases where a GM model is undownloaded but requires approval before purchase, making it eligible for cancellation and refund.

We’ll give you store credit:

  • If a model is not faulty but you realize it won’t work for your needs

  • If you accidentally purchase the wrong model and downloaded it

Please note: TurboSquid reserves the right to limit or decline returns or store credit for items that are not faulty or items that were purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request. If you're unsure about a purchase, contact TurboSquid’s support team for assistance to confirm compatibility before completing transactions. Refund processing timelines are typically 3–5 business days. During this time, you will not have access to download the product. Follow these steps to request a refund: If your order is declined or fails, no charges are made, and no separate refund request is required. Refunds for canceled orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, but your financial institution may take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your account. Pending authorizations, which may appear temporarily on your account, are typically released within 24-48 hours, though this depends on your bank's policies.

  2. Upon review, the accounting team will process the refund, adhering to applicable conditions.

  3. Receive confirmation of the cancellation and refund process.- After a successful refund, access to download the model will be revoked. Ensure it has not been used in your project prior to requesting a refund. To ensure smooth transactions for future purchases, make sure the billing information provided matches the payment method details. For business accounts, include both the cardholder and company name. If you experience delays beyond the expected refund timelines, it is recommended to contact your bank or card issuer for further details on the reversal process.
