Can I contact a TurboSquid artist directly?

Our policy is to act as intermediary in all artist-purchaser relationships. This ensures that if there is a problem, we are able to resolve those issues for you efficiently and within a proper framework. To protect privacy of both contributors and customers, direct contact with artists is not allowed. If you wish to communicate with an artist, please contact Support. They can contact the artist for you and make sure that all of your questions are answered.

If a purchased 3D model is not functioning as described, our product support team can reach out to the artist to address these issues. To streamline this process, please provide detailed information about your issue, including screenshots if possible. If the artist cannot resolve the problem, we will work with you on alternative resolutions, such as refund arrangements.
