Rack Set 50 Teeth long, Module 1.0mm, 20 Degree Pressure Angle
Basics:
These racks are to recognised industry standards for module system gears with an involute tooth profile.
Module 1.0 gears have a tooth spacing of approximately 3.1mm.
20 Degree Pressure Angle gives a tooth profile that is suitable for plastic.
These racks have been 3D printer tested, however it should be noted that producing of teeth of this fine pitch can be a challenging for some printers and software.

What You Get:
A total of 4 files!
STL files for four types of rack.
A simple rack, a deep rack, a rack with a flange on one side, a rack with a flange on both sides.
Why?
There are lots of racks available to print, but most are not to recognised standards, let alone a complete and useful set!
