I used 12 different hair systems in this scene. Total 2 mil hairs. Easy to modifier hair for your suitable.
The actual Fur-Groom, Renders made on i7 cpu with 8 gigs ram (Laptop)
Non-native file (.fbx and .obj) come without fur.
