描述

This is an StemCell certified model.
StemCell models have clean geometry and texture-based materials for standard specular and PBR workflows. StemCell models are built to convert seamlessly into many other formats, including major game engines.

This model is detailed enough for CG renders and at the same time built with efficiency in mind so you could use it in game engines like Unreal or Unity. Clean geometry of this mesh responds well to decimation should you need to create LODs.

Built to real-world scale.
Dimension: ~108 cm x ~60 cm x ~56 cm.
Clean and organized with consistent naming, groups, object colors and layers.

Clean topology & UVW unwraps.
Mesh is already smooth and ready to use as is.
For efficiency's sake, support loops are not added for every part, especially smaller pieces. As a result, mesh is not intended for further subdivision.

Movable parts have correctly positioned pivot points. A test animation is shown in above 3d viewer.
Because of StemCell workflow, pivot point's orientation of propellers had to be reset to zero. Following the original design, propellers are slightly angled ( ~4 degrees ), so they have to be rotated on their correct local axis for precise spinning ( without wobbling ). For a flawless animation, an FBX file is attached with intact pivot points.
Feel free to merge it into your scene. You can either replace the objects and assign Drone materials to them or use them as a source to realign your Propeller's pivot points. Please note this is only necessary if you like to animate or rig the propellers and require precise motion.

1 PBR Texture Set is used for this model.
PBR Metallic as well as PBR Spec/Gloss maps are included.

Conversions are packed with 4k - 8bit PNG texture maps.
8k - 16bit PNG maps are also available to download. 8k maps can simply be replaced with 4k maps ( exactly same names, so they'll get assigned automatically when you replace them ).
Default 4k provide great results for most usage scenarios. You're even able to downscale 4k maps to 2k or lower if optimization and resource management has higher priority.
8k maps is suggested for CG renders to achieve maximum texture quality.

If you like to adjust the textures, Substance Painter source file is available to you upon request. Itll be uploaded under additional files and become available to you to download within a day.
Details in Substance Painter are mostly done in 3d view, this allows you to adjust UVWs, repack them, bake again and still keep most, if not all the texturing details. Everything is done with procedural workflow in mind.
