This Personnel carrier was designed for the US National Security by GPV General Purpose Vehicles in 2005. It was available for commercialization unto 2007. It is now exclusively produced for the US government and is therefore not available for the international commerce.

The Model included is a precise replica of the GPV Colonel 8x8.
