At the end of WWII Tito's partisans in Yugoslavia received surplus M3a3 tanks. Three of these tanks had the turrets removed and replaced with captured German Flakvierling 2 cm anti-aircraft guns while several other M3A3s were equipped with German Pak 40 75mm cannons.
