This is a low poly model of a typical american family house.

The model is in real-world scale, and is Intended for game/realtime/background use. It was created in Autodesk 3ds Max 2012 and was rendered using mental ray renderer.

There are 3 texture maps included in .PNG format (diffuse, normal and specular maps), all in square resolutions, fully UVW unwrapped with non-overlapping vertices. All objects, texture maps and materials are properly named for easy use. The model has clean topology made mostly out of quads and with minimal tris. The house is centered to world (0,0,0).

Background scene, lights and render setup are also included in this product (.max file only).
