A stylized, cartoon-type apartment interior

The model was created using a meter grid in Maya.

Lots of detailed set pieces that you can pull out to use for any of your other set needs.

Comes with lights and camera.

Each wall is on a separate layer. They can be turned on and off easily so that you can move your camera anywhere.

The model ships with the front wall layer turned off. Use the Channel Box to access the layers.

The exterior pieces (exterior_01 and exterior_02) can be moved to fill the outside of the window for your specific camera setup. The lights, named the same (exterior_01 and exterior_02) are set up to light only the exterior objects.

Both the fridge door and the stove door are rigged.

All renders were made in Maya using mental ray.
