Fully Parametric Revit Family 3D model for a sofa or armchair furniture fitting. Parameters control the number of seats for each family type allowing the user to create any variation from single armchairs to multiple seater sofa furniture.
This is a generic model which can be placed into any Revit project and adjust the required design parameters to match your project requirements. Users can create unlimited number of variation family types to create any furniture size needed. Available parameters include number of seats ( ranging from 1 to any integer number ), Seat Cushion Width to adjust the width for each seat and make it as comfortable as possible, the legs height, the seat cushion depth, the backrest cushion height and thickness as well as all materials.
