+Uvs are layed out cleanly allowing the textures to be modified easily.
+ Buildings can be placed in many different ways to create interesting streets. The Elements that make up the buildings can be used to quickly create new buildings.
+The street is meant to be built by using the textures, instead of duplicating geometry. Just lay down the street geometry and apply textures in the same way the current street is built. Or you can use the current street.
+Included are the diffuse, specular, and normal maps. All are tile able.
+It will be easy to create broken and dirty textures by duplicating textures and modifying them to be dirty. I did not include them because I wanted to keep the file size small.
+I tried to make the assets as versatile and clean as possible allowing you to quickly modify them for your own purposes.
+To create more variations you can change the color of doors and windows very quickly by duplicating textures and changing the color and applying them to new windows and doors.
+I gave these buildings a good amount of detail allowing them to be viewed closely.
