To render at night follow these steps, 

1- Disable Physical SKY 

2- Enable all lights by searching the word "light" in the object manager and you'll see all the lights in the scene. And just click em all to enable them.

3- Enable visiblity of the hidden SKY with hdr, in the object manager.
