Subdivision modifier is not applied in modifier stack and the seat and legs are separate objects, therefore subdivisional level can be freely adjusted as needed.

OBJ file has frozen high poly geometry and UV maps, but the materials must be rebuilt in the application where its to be used due to the nature of OBJ format.

Textures are in 2048x2048 png format. Normal map textures included. If you have problem opening them, they are also included in separate "supporting items" download.

Previews are rendered in Blender using Cycles render engine.
