The Irish House is a high quality model that was created specially for video games. However, it can be used in any other media sphere, because it has high quality PBR textures and correct topology. Model was created it 3ds Max 2016 and rendered with several render engines like Marmoset Toolbag 3, V-Ray, Unreal Engine.

To use .uasset files simply drag them to your project directory in Content folder
