This model was created in Clo3d and it has been fitted to the female avatar. However I have included the original .zprj file (Clo3d project file) which will allow you to modify the file , or adapt it to another character, using softwares such as Marvelous Designer or Clo3d. This post also includes an .obj file, .glb and an .fbx file, but you can also export in any other desired format using the .zprj file. I have also attached a zip file containing the baked textures.
