Max format "game ready" modular farm house and residential environment. Contains buildings, road tiles, trees and barns etc. Vertex shading can "baked-in" due to regular verts (not included in Max version - contact for details). Slot-together system ideal for real-time apps and games.

One tile instance covers 192m x 192m. Tiles can be slotted together to cover much larger area. Tiles tie-in with RT_Metro series of products available elsewhere. Many other file formats available, including versions with vert-shading baked-in. Ideal for games or mods. 50 materials total in scene.

All textures in power of two resolution. Tiles can be replicated to cover a vast area very quickly and easily. Many more tile types available in this series, including residential, stadiums, industrial complexes, parks, rivers, docks, farmland, etc.

Multiple tile types can be purchased as part of "RT_Metropolis" packs.
