Classic American West Style Armchair made in 3ds max and modelled in metric.

The models are set up with correctly scaled UVWs and come with finishes and materials. As you can see in the images of the model supplied, the materials follow the realistic flow of how the materials would be made or how the object would be constructed. Also, by the wire frame image you can see the model has clean topology to maximise detail without increasing poly count unnecessarily, which helps to produce stunning visuals.
