PRE-NOTE: To search for more items from the A_Relevant building kit collection:

Search for "a_relevant" + "b1" "b2" etc. for building type. After that, you can add "1s" for 1-story, "2s" for 2-story, etc, "kit" for the entire kit, or "complete" for just the completed buildings.

This is the B1 1S Bay 1 Collection, good for close ups or aerials. Easy-to-use/modify building bays, created in 3ds max 2010.

Comes with 13 Mental Ray materials and 6 high resolution, tileable textures.

2 of the 13 materials (the metal canopy and roof) are "Smart-Materials." These materials will find edges of the object that it is applied to (or edges of objects touching the object that it is applied to) and add a separate material such as rust or wear and tear (see metal and roof material examples).

Easily change model quality (poly and vert count) with included history/modifier stacks (subtrees) (on all objects). NOTE: Poly and Vert count shown is for all bays in one scene.

All objects and materials are properly named and grouped for easy selection and modification.
