This mesh includes 6 materials for different parts of the mesh, each material has it's own manual separated islands UV map, but they are all joined in Blender which may show them overlapping. If you import this mesh to Unreal for example, it should read each material to each UV map and will not mark as overlapping. Please have this in mind before purchase if you are going to edit/modify this mesh since it will be very difficult without manually separating the parts of the mesh.
