Here is a droid model I made for my star wars fan film. He was intended for a bartender role, so only the top half had full detail. It's inspired by the aesthetic of the franchise, but it's a completely original design so IP is all mine.  Use it for anything you want, short of distribution.

Only one texture is used, which is the lights in the guts of the model, everything else is a material. I would recommend using your own materials in whatever renderer you're comfortable in.

The model is not officially rigged, but some of the pieces have independent transforms, so for example the head can swivel about the axis of the droid.
