Details:
- 10 PBR metal/rough materials (stone, timber, iron, interior, leaded, daub, oak, thatch, rubble, plank), tiling textures at about 1024 px per metre: Base Color, Roughness, Normal (OpenGL and DirectX), AO and Height.
- Second UV channel (UV_Lightmap, 0-1, non-overlapping) for baked lighting in Unreal and Unity.
- Modelled windows (frames, sashes, glazing bars, sills), recessed openings with dark backing; exterior shell only, no interiors.
- One object, materials named by surface; ground at z = 0, front facing -Y, metres.
- No LODs or collision meshes.
