GENERAL

• This is a photorealistic bathroom 3D model representing public bathrooms commonly placed in buildings like offices.
• The bathroom was modeled in Blender 2.9 and can be rendered in cycles as displayed in the images above out of the box without any setting necessary.
• The model is also ready to be rendered in Eevee.
• There are 4 formats available: .blend, .fbx, .obj, .dae all formats contain material information and can be imported in most major 3D softwares.
• The level of detail in the model allowes for close-up renderings.
• Teh model is to scale and the units are meters.
• The model uses a PBR framework and can be used for real-time purposes like videogames and animations.

TOPOLOGY

• The meshes are relatively simple with the exception of accessories such as the trash can which required a greater level of details.
• Both the mesh for the room and the meshes for the accessories are fully UV unwrapped.
• The topology is relatively light compared to the size of the model, only 24569 faces and 24991 vertices were used.
• All items rae divided into separate objects to allow for easy changes.

MATERIALS

• The model contains two PBR materials: one for the room and one for all the accessories, there is also a simple material for the trashabag which can be removed at will
• The materials' PBR texture have been created by applying multiple materials on different layers and the masking them accordingly. Textures were then baked.
• All textures are 8K for the maximum amount of details.

LIGHTING

• The scene lighting comes exclusively form the lights placed on the ceiling and the light above the mirror.
