The Arctic Warfare range of rifles is built by Accuracy International of England. The Super Magnum variant is chambered for the powerful .338 Lapua cartridge and is intended for long range engagements. The AW system is celebrated for its extreme and consistent accuracy, virtually zero maintenance requirements and excellent durability, especially in arctic conditions.

The .338 was designed from the ground up to be a true long-range cartridge, and as such it delivers performance close to that of the .50 BMG in a far lighter package, as well as reduced recoil, flash and smoke. The cartridge is virtually equal in trajectory, penetration and wind drift resistance.

This rifle has a 5 round box magazine, a 686mm match barrel and weighs 6.8kg without a scope. The expected range is upward of 1100 metres.
