Modeled in Blender (3.6) Textured with Substance Painter (PBR). Texture for signs is a single 4K psd file so you can alter it yourself, if you needed.

I've try to use same materials on other places as much as i can, to maintain the minimum material count, and try to use collection and object instances as much as i can.

Subway car is included but if you want to pay only the subway car itself, i have it in my turbosquid portfolio.
