This is a complete 3D assembly model of the Railway Coupler Automatic Cleaning Machine, designed for cleaning railway couplers in rail maintenance workshops.
Equipment Composition
The whole machine consists of feeding area, soaking station, cleaning station, drying station, discharging area, cross-transfer mechanical arm, workpiece pallets, lead screw lifting mechanism and aluminum profile frame. Core subassemblies include loading platform, soaking tank, two-station integrated cleaning unit and spray ring assembly.
Working Flow
Workpieces are loaded on the feeding platform. The cross-transfer mechanical arm transports workpieces into the soaking tank; the lead screw lifting mechanism immerses components for pre-soaking. After soaking, parts are transferred to the two-station integrated cleaning chamber for high-pressure spray cleaning via spray rings. Then workpieces move to the drying zone for drying treatment, and finally finished workpieces are conveyed out from the discharging area.
Model Info
The model is created in SolidWorks 2023. All individual parts retain fully editable features. You can modify dimensions, adjust structural details, reuse mechanical components for automation scheme design, bidding renderings, mechanical simulation and technical demonstration. An IGES file is provided for cross-platform use; it only contains solid geometry and cannot be parametrically edited. This original mechanical design model is not copied from any real commercial brand product.
