This is model was created originally in Blender 2.79 and later adapted and rigged in 3D Studio Max 2018.

It uses subdivision surface modifier.
The extraterrestrial was modeled after an actual UFO abduction case in which the witness (Amaury Rivera Toro) described every feature of the alien in detail, so I could create a very close 3D representation. This is the end result, and he says that it matches very accurately what he saw.
