zip comes with all 595 possible texture combinations mixed, minecraft villagers combining a type a job and a skill level. the .blend file also has its own material where you can choose these really easy just by changing the numbers in the material tab, without having to manually search for the texture.

Villager is able to adapt with custom villager textures following the defaul minecraft UVs, although might look badwhen using resolutions other than the default 64x64
