The whole scene is available for download along with the models shown in the pictures.

Topology:

Every model is made only from quads and UV Unwrapped.

TV Unit is optimized for AR and VR use with a total of 4814 Polygons and 5136 Vertices.

TV Unit with decoration is with a total of 50174 polygons and 50669 vertices.

Materials:

Textures are 2K and 1K depending on the complexity of the model.

The model is provided with two patterns of materials.

The scene is also rendered in Unity with Standard Render Pipeline.
