The Long March 8 (codename: CZ-8) is a new generation of medium-sized, medium-low orbit two-stage liquid bundled launch vehicle developed by China.
The first sub-stage of the Long March 8 rocket uses liquid oxygen/kerosene as propellant and uses two 120-ton thrust YF-100 engines; the second sub-stage uses liquid hydrogen/liquid oxygen as propellant and uses two 8-ton thrust YF-100 engines. -75 engine, with secondary start capability; bundled with two 2.25-meter-diameter liquid boosters, using liquid oxygen/kerosene as propellant, each using a YF-100 engine with a 120-ton thrust. The total length of the rocket is 50.3 meters, the diameter of the core first stage is 3.35 meters, the diameter of the second stage is 3 meters, the diameter of a single booster is 2.25 meters, and the take-off mass of the rocket is about 356 tons. It is mainly used to launch payloads in low-Earth orbit or sun-synchronous orbit, and can carry 5 tons of payload into a sun-synchronous orbit of 700 kilometers.
Model data comes from official published information, in two formats: max and fbx.
