COLLECTION of 10 WAREHOUSES - INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR, full building models

Game Ready PBR

This is collection of 10 very accurate 3d models of warehouses with interiors. Optimized and clear geometry, models are very light in viewport. All made in PBR workflow, some in full StemCell standards.

The models share materials and textures, making them easy to manage and use in kitbashing. Everything is designed with meticulous attention to detail, specifically for game engines.

Note that scenes 5 and 8 are based on the same building model.

A large number of interior models (all available as StemCell models) are useful for kitbashing in other projects.

Polycount

Polycount varies between about 100K and several hundred thousand polygons, depending on the models used in the interior.

Formats

Because models are made in PBR workflow they look the same in all programs. The following formats are available:


- 3ds Max – V-Ray version with full lights and scene setup,
- 3ds Max - standard version with standard materials, no light,
- FBX,

Textures

Textures are in 4096 x 4096 and 8192 x 8192 px resolution and some 512 x 512 (for solid colors maps)

PBR materials:


- color map,
- normal map,
- roughness map,
- AO map,
- metalness map,

All models have UV's unwrapped.

Professionally modelled

Models are made without ngons and to keep polycount as low as possible. Mesh is not intended for subdivision.

- no isolated or overlapped vertices,
- no overlapped faces,
- no ngons,
- mostly quads,
- real world scale (cm), objects at 100% scale at object level,
- no extraneous, unnecessary objects like helpers, splines etc.
- grouped, ready to merge into the scene,
