Skeleton has cartoony rig for Blender (4.2 and Above. I haven't
tested it on lower versions.), Arms and Legs have IK and FK
controllers. It has tweak bones and a couple of face controls.

There
is easy to use Simple UI.UI is required CloudRig extension just for the
using UI. (CloudRig is a free Blender plugin that makes rig making
easy)Rig is won't broke without CloudRig, you just can't use UI.

Rig specifications:

• Ik, Fk switches for both seperate right and left legs and arms
• 3 different hand controls (Ik, Fk, Fast fingers)
• Organized bone collection
• Texture slider in ui
• Two Root bone
• Tweaker Bones that uses curves for Legs and Arms
• Shapekeys on skull
• Separated jaw control
• Head rotation lock

All bones were separated and individually named accordingly (mostly).

Rigged body has total;

• 165.636 Verts,
• 165.514 Faces,
• 331.028 Tris.

Each separated bone model has a Blender file with multires
options at different levels of detail and all of them are subdivision
ready.

Skeleton has 3 kind 4K and 2K textures. Clean, worn and bloody textures.
