Here is a Terrorist Bomb model UVW Unwrapped and ready for painting. You could also use this for a HIGH-Polygon baking situation. Just add the projection mapper to it. The UVs are laid out very nicely and there is NO over lapping edges or points. Very nicely placed for you to paint on.
