Building 05

Model is ready to render with materials and textures as a VRay Scene in all of the main software applications (3DS Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini). Native scene is only in 3DS Max and can be edited only there. Was made for closeup, mid level, background, aerial and street level shots, additional rooftops were placed accordingly. Model is ready to work within Day and Night lighting. Has an internal structure, walls inside, ceilings helping to achieve realistic lighting behavior. Possible to add internal night lighting per area or room. You will never see through the building. Some buildings in the City Generator package have garages and underground parking for better ground blending. There are billboard placed for your local commercial space usage (your own big size print commercials). There is a dirt layer, world scale noises which will only make the building look differently based on its placement.

Model mesh parts are, UV mapped (mix) and organized, Night time lighting setup is included in the file, In the archive you can find files in the format *max 2013, *fbx, *obj, *abc, *vrscene, The model doesn't need additional textures, All objects are intelligently separated and named, All materials are correctly named, You can change or apply new materials in no time.
