This is a parametric building collection made in blender.

Total cost of the collection --> $35*5 = $175

If you are looking for a heavier discount, kindly buy a higher level collection than this.

Also note that some of these buildings use basic geometry nodes modifiers so that you can modify some elements.

Note that all the buildings in this collection use only semi-realistic procedural textures and not heavily realistic ones, because for instance, the no. of floors is modifyable. And in the entire bigger collection, there is a heavy focus on geometry nodes, and every element including the windows on each floor can be modified (increase width, height etc.).

Note that this collection only contains basic geometry nodes modifiers. The best feature with this basic geometry nodes setup is that you can increase the number of floors. For more modifyable parameters, buy the geo node version.

Note that if you want to modify everything using geometry nodes, look for a collection like this which has geometry nodes in the title, and which is slightly higher priced.

Note that there can be overlapping UVs, but you can unwrap the entire mesh again after applying the final modifier to fix that as all seams are properly marked.

Also note that I have eyeballed the scale of the various UV maps of the separate objects of the building to make them almost equal in scale, so they may seem a little incorrect, but you can easily fix that and make them exactly equal again by unwrapping the entire mesh again after applying the final modifier, as seams have already been marked.

Also note that these buildings are quite high poly, but you can easily reduce no. of polygons by, for instance, deleting all the floors, removing the solidify and bevel modifiers from windows, glass and walls etc. from the build elements, reducing the number of subdivisions, etc.

Also, all the objects are properly named, there are no duplicate objects or materials, all unnecessary objects or materials have been removed etc.
