Accurate 3D city model and its surrounding area of New York City, USA.
The model includes areas: Manhattan, part of New Jersey, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronks, part of Staten Island.
The model includes houses, roads, footpaths, bridges, landscaping, trees, sports fields, water and land elements.


INFO:
Model was build with 3ds Max 2021, Corona 6 and based on 2023 OSM data. Also in the scene there are some models of bridges and the Statue of Liberty (very low poly);
Most of buildings are boxes, some others are more detailed like skycrapers or famous buildings.
Trees are made with a Corona Scatter. In scene 3ds max 2018 Vray trees are made by geometry, no plugins (warning! heavy file);
For all other file formats, tree models are included as simple models for scattering with the plugins available to you (for example, Forest Pack). For this, the file contains 2 objects with the name "for scatter", for the distribution trees on them;
Model is organized by layers, has logical names of elements and materials;
Buildings have no textures. Roads and landscape elements have textures end some materials;
Flat surface, no elevation;
Low Poly.
