This model is a photoreal modular apartment building from New York. It includes PBR textures that are baked into a non-overlapping UV map. The model includes the building's bottom and main sections, the roof, and the fire escape. These parts are stacked on each other but can be changed depending on the height of the building.

The textures in the model include an albedo, metallic, roughness, transmission and normal maps for a full PBR baked in texture. It has a clean topology with precise modeling. If the textures don't work for some reason when imported directly from an obj just reassemble the material from the texture maps.

The model comes in five file types which include blend, stl, obj, fbx, and ply files. All of them come with separate texture maps for separate modules for full compatibility.
