Set of 4 complex models of Japanese houses (TYO-FS). You save $50 by purchasing this set. All scales of objects are as close as possible to real ones and small changes were made to better optimize the model in 3D packages and engines.

Modeled in Blender.
Textured in Marmoset Toolbag and Substance Painter.
Texture sets quality - 2048/1024/512.
For the curtain material, a free texture (CC0 license) from the Hippopx website was used.
When creating some of the materials, free textures (CC0 license) from the PolyHaven website were used.
The light bulb model along with textures (CC0 license) was downloaded from the PolyHaven website.
Some parts of the model use AO maps for the second UV channel. These materials are marked with a special suffix, and additional AO maps are located in a separate folder.
