All square buildings are 11x30 meters
All corner buildings are 11x20 meters (side)
Buildings are in the one block

That way you can create a wide variety of different blocks, and build a realistic city center. Inside of buildings are not modeled. All faces that are not visible have default color/no color.
Model includes 3D lime trees and bushes, of which you can change easily for different types of renderings. Model includes also low-poly cars. Model is designed to be lightweight even when there are multiple blocks present.
Model have 75 mid-resolution textures, 300 - 1000 px / meter. All materials have representative English names (wall, paint, roof, glass etc.) All components have English names.
Light sources (34 in model) are made with two materials: 40 W and 100 W brightness. Note: To make 40 W lights visible, you have to set material "White glass" transparent.
