In this animation pack, we offer a series of Qi Gong animations, traditional Chinese gymnastics and a breathing practice based on knowledge and control of the breath, combining slow movements, breathing exercises and concentration. These are gentle, soothing movements. The pack consists of 22 animations. All animations are performed standing up, on the spot, and 18 of them are loopable.

The animations are performed by Aline Zakrzewski, a wellness professional and meditation enthusiast.
