Detailed 3D model of self storage units with curtain style roll-up doors and LED flood ligts.
Other than the bolts and screws with other minor objects, models have unwrapped UVWs.

Real world scale in centimeters.
Door sizes:
- 250 x 220cm (10 units)
- 100 x 220cm (8 units)

Total polygons and vertices:
534190 polygons
562695 vertices

Over 1360 screws (single object) have 245340 polygons. Can be easily removed at a loss of details for better poly-count.

Split into 51 object.
Every roll up door model is made out of 6 grouped objects.
6 textures included (with max formats).

Exported and tested in Deep Exploration.

Materials used for preview renders are only available in 3ds max 2011 file!
!Render scene with HDRI map is not included.
