Rhotheta RT 1000 VHF RDF System ATC VTS a part of Radio Direction Finder (VDF) facility that is designed for ATC and VTS applications.

High-precision Doppler radio direction finder with 8.33 kHz channel spacing in the VHF air band, high rotation frequency for fast signal processing, various scanning modes, and multichannel simultaneous cannels system.
A vessel traffic service (VTS) is a marine traffic special monitoring system, similar to air traffic control for aircraft, that used as a service designed to improve the safety and efficiency of vessel traffic.

The RT-1000 VDF is device used for an ATC navigation aircraft aid applications, and for a stationary VTS applications used to control the vessel traffic close to the coast.
