This is a 3D Studio Max"sunset" scene with VRay lighting and render setup, complete with a double storey modern "open plan" House model and custom patio furniture.

The low poly Geometry is named and grouped for ease of use.

The Scene is set up with both a VRaySun (Direct light) and VRayDome (HDRI ambient light).

Move around VRaySun to change direct light angle and make changes to intensity, shadows ect. inside the roll out menu.

Adjust Horizontal Rotation inside Vray HDRI material to match VRaySun light direction.

The VRay frame buffer is set up with “Bloom Effect”, “Glare Effect” and Color correction enabled. a VRay MtlID Render Element can also be found in the frame buffer to assist in selection during post production. All VRay custom materials and Maps are inclusive as well as VRay Fur grass, VRay Dirt and VRay HDRI Environment material setup.

Just move the camera around to select your view and press 'render' to generate unique sunset ambiance.

VRay Progressive rendering is activated and render quality can be set higher by increasing the “minutes” in the VRay “Image Sampler” roll out menu and also increasing the Light Cache Subdivs.

This is a great scene for users to get into 3D Studio Max and VRay straight away without worrying too much about complicated scene set-ups. Play around with existing scene`s lighting, or just add your custom model to scene, apply textures and press render.
