You can make changes and additions to the texture in the spp file according to your taste

You can transfer the fbx file to another program and import the textures from spp and use them in any program. but you may need to introduce the textures to the program separately!

When you extract the zip file to the desktop, you can use it without any problem.

-If you have problems with textures, you can use the 'FILE PATH EDITOR' and easily transfer the textures to the mb scene.
