This is Grimmchild animated model from incredible Hollow Knight game. I made it (model, not game) just for fun, this is non-commercial project. If you interested in how it's made, tou're welcome to download blend (3.3) and FBX files.

I used just one color map for this cartoon style model, it is very simple.

In the main blend scene you can find few modifiers: Armature (for bones and animation), Solidify (for black stroke) and Subdivision surface (for subdivision, ha-ha) Animation in this scene is very short (12 frames, one cycle)

Also there are blend and FBX files with longer baked animation.
