If you have not yet been paid your royalties, keep the following in mind:
TurboSquid processes payments by the first of the month, but keep in mind that if that day is a holiday or over the weekend, your payment will be processed on the following business day.
CHECK YOUR THRESHOLDS: You can set a minimum amount that must be reached before we can pay you.
Your account may be on hold due to problems with your payment info, so again it is very important that you update this information in a timely fashion.
