These gears were made so they mesh. There are a total of 9 gear tooth patterns, 16, 18, 20, 24, 30, 36, 40, 48, and 60 teeth. I have included 4 versions of each gear.

Included are files for each gear in a thin, normal, medium and large thickness. The gear collar has setscrew details. There are variations of each gear with a center collar and hole with beveled teeth, the gear without a collar and un-beveled with a center hole, and without collar or hole. The second 2 files of the gear can be easily sized up or down to adapted to any shaft. I have also included a third file for the thin gears that only has a collar on one side. This comes up to 13 variations of each gear pattern.

Files for set screws heads(no threads), collar and a shaft that can be used with them are included.
