This model was built near to scale and includes the textures
and livery you see here. Model is fully
textured with all materials UVW mapped and applied. Most materials are planar
mapped and major materials include texturing. These models render very well and look very realistic using good
animation and rendering technique. It can be used in
an animated or static position within an animated video or possibly for
programming for a flight simulation application. This model was not
designed for 3d printing, these are digital files only. The
models come in several formats. Exported formats are prepared well to work
correctly when used in the application aligned with the format of the export

Many animateable features are included like landing gear,
landing gear doors flaps, flaperons, rudders, canopy, missiles and propellers
on the electronics packages. Missiles
can be launched, and external fuel tanks can also be dropped. Lots of details are in the cockpit. This model also comes with AGM-88 x2, 2 x 480
gal external fuel tanks. These models
also include paint schemes very much similar to actual air combat units of the
US Navy.

The Hornet is a development of the Grumman F/A-18
Hornet. It is a more powerful and faster
version of the original Hornets with added capabilities and performance.
