Details:

- Built piece by piece: every board, brick, stone, sheet of tin, nail and pane is its own slightly irregular part, and the frames have settled a little.

- Blender: the original procedural PBR materials (per-piece colour variation, corner grime, mud splash, dust, painted signs and gold-leaf lettering), exactly as rendered in the gallery.

- 3ds Max, FBX, OBJ, glTF and USD: the same look baked into unique 4096 px PBR texture sets per building (Base Color, Roughness, Metallic, Normal OpenGL and DirectX, AO, ORM).

- Generic buildings of the period, no real business or brand. Exterior models with dark backing behind the openings, no furnished interiors, no LODs or collision.
