Modular assets that can be used to create hundreds of unique buildings.
Each model is built on a 3m grid and has been uvw mapped to allow for fast texture changes using x-y tiling textures.
Very easy to work it

Textures:
- Texture maps are mixed size from 1024 to 2048 Pixels
- The texture are in the archive ***_tex.zip
- Available file formats: *.c4d *.max *.3ds *.obj *.dae *.fbx *.blend

Special notes:
- Native format is Cinema4D R13. No 3rd party plugins required.
- Previews rendered in Cinema 4d R13 with standart materials
- max files can be loaded in 3ds Max 2010 or higher
- obj/3ds/fbx and dae format was exported from cinema4d R13
- Exported formats works correctly.
- The lighting/render scene is not included.
